I’ve wanted to talk to you- but what would i say?

You don’t even notice- so i just look away.

I’ve wanted to touch you- to show you my heart;

But you don’t ever see me- there’s never a start.

I want you to see me- fear keeps me at bay;

That fear of rejection- I just look away.

Do you notice me watching?- Could you know how i feel?

Or is it appaling?- Is there just no appeal?

Ive wanted to touch you- to feel heart’s good play.

but your own heart feels vacant- so i just look away.

I’ve wished i could touch you- in a passionate way

but your heart does not see me- so i just turn away.
